The London Fire Brigade Shop helps fund a vital range of non-operational initiatives for one of the world's largest fire and rescue services.

The brief

The goal was to develop an online shop that would sell a variety of products that would appeal to the fire service community. The revenue generated from sales would support staff mental health and well-being programs.

The Shopify platform's product options were limited, but the innovative print-on-demand technology overcame the limitations. Our newly developed print-on-demand plugin technology allowed for a range of customizable Neoteric™ Wiking sweatshirts and organic t-shirts. Customers of LFB can now select one of 103 well-known London Fire Brigade Station call signs to be placed on a wide range of items.

The online shop has evolved from a simple e-commerce project to an apparel community, with individuals proudly wearing fire service call signs on everyday items, home decor, and accessories. To see more, go to www.firebrigadeshop.co.uk.
